Dahlia Tuber Sale FAQs
When is it?
Our winter dahlia tuber sale presale will be held in early August. We’ll also have a second sale in Spring (late October-early November) after we’ve shipped all pre-orders and planted our own stock. Those tubers will be available for immediate shipping.
When will I get my tubers?
Shipping with Auspost will begin in September through to early November (when the eyes become visible). All of our tubers are inspected to make sure they are the best quality before we do. If you find any issues when you receive your tuber please let us know within 48 hours so we can offer assistance. Once 48 hours has passed we cannot offer any assistance of refunds.
Tracked Postage:
1 – 2 tubers = $15.00
3 – 5 tubers = $20
6 – 20 tubers = $25
21 – 40 tubers = $30
41 + tubers = $35
Unfortunately we cannot ship to WA, NT or TAS due to quarantine restrictions.
Combined Shipping: Once you place your second order please contact us (or leave a note at check out) so we can refund the difference in postage.
Local Delivery: Local delivery to Balmoral, Harrow, Coleraine, Cavendish, Hamilton, Port Fairy and Horsham. Max fee $10, price will adjust as per postcode at checkout.
Farm Gate Collection: Pick up will also be available from the farm gate, we will contact you to arrange a collection date and time.
Important Terms and Conditions:
If there are any storage issues or our tubers become unfit to ship we will offer a full refund for the tuber.
Dahlia tubers sales are final and we cannot refund any orders once they have been placed.
Please note once you receive your tubers we take no responsibility for them when they have been stored or planted. We will be sending out a planting guide full of tips and tricks to help you have the best chance at success but please make sure you take the time to read this and do your own research and understand your growing region may differ from ours.
